We collect only the data you provide to us yourself when you contact us or place an order:
Name, company and position
Phone number and email address
Site or delivery address
The content of your message, for example a description of the site's needs
In addition, our website server stores technical log data, such as IP address and browser details, to ensure the functioning and security of the site.
Responding to enquiries and arranging site surveys
Preparing quotes and handling orders and deliveries
Managing the customer relationship and invoicing
Meeting statutory obligations such as accounting
The legal basis for processing is the preparation and performance of a contract, a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing the customer relationship. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 12 months, unless the enquiry leads to a customer relationship. We retain data relating to a customer relationship for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for as long as the Accounting Act or other legislation requires.
We do not sell or disclose your data for marketing purposes. Data is processed on our behalf by service providers with whom we have agreed on data processing: Webflow Inc. (United States), the platform for our website and forms, Tawk.to Inc. (United States), our chat service, Google Ireland Ltd and Microsoft Corporation, our analytics and advertising services, and our email and invoicing systems. Where data is transferred outside the EU, the transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We disclose data to authorities only where required by law.
This site uses essential cookies required for it to function. With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is used, and Google Ads measures the results of our advertising and targets our ads.
